This blend has properties very similar to R22 in air conditioning equipment and in medium temperature refrigeration. Operating pressure/temperature in the evaporator, run-time capacity, and flow characteristics through tubing and valves make this blend the closest property match to R22 for retrofitting at AC conditions.
